Peds In A Pod Pediatrics

I am currently looking for a new pediatrician for my daughter. The doctor has not once said a word to my child. My daughter is two and quite the conversationalist. Instead of the doctor putting my child at ease, she just starts poking and prodding away at her. My poor baby has a melt-down every single visit. Yet, when I've taken her to the emergency room (it would take over a month for my daughter to get an appointment at this office for an ear infection) she did amazingly. As well as when I took her to urgent care. The doctors took their time, and my daughter was fine. She treats the children like cattle. Please don't subject your child to this woman.

I have been taking my daughter to this practice for almost 9 years. Once the staff changed the whole practice changed. Including the doctor. The front desk is rude and unprofessional! I had to wait over a month for to get an appointment to get a referral for a specialist. Then when my daughter had a mild allergic reaction at school, and the nurse gave the advice for her to see her pediatrician, I was told I had to either waste emergency room resources or wait a month to get in. When I spoke to the doctor since it was the second time I had been given the run around she puffed her chest out trying to belittle me and MY PARENTING! I am an educator and never in my life have I had a professional say to me “AND IMMA TELL YOU THIS, YOU WILL BE RESPECTFUL”! Well at least not a reputable one. And I am not alone. There are pages and pages of negative reviews on them all over the internet. Such a shame.
