Gulf Coast Pain Institute Pace

I'm not sure who hired this new staff for my visit on 2/9/2023 but I've been using this company for over the last 5 years here in MD and DE location and this was by far the worst! I'm filing a complaint with their corporate office and insurance. I gave 5 stars because it's a place to visit especially if you have multiple pain issues. They will take care of all your procedures as well as medications. I was late I just got out the hospital with an oxygen tank to carry around along with my walking chair and other belongings. Only patients allowed in my husband couldn't come up. I prepared myself a little earlier which I never do but since I had to do extra I did. I was still 5 minutes late. I already registered online I came in and sat down like I always do waited my turn let staff know I was there. The physician agreed to see me he rushed me out told me I was late but you agreed to my visit. Other staff no one speak they never look up not good. Hire some nice staff please
