Never Ever Again
Went to this location to get upper dentures. I was advised that this procedure would take 5 visits because they had to send out my dental impressions to a dental lab. The first two visits were dental impressions and measurements of my mouth and gums. The 3rd visit I got to selected the color of my new teeth, and another impression. Everything fell apart on the 4th visit. The teeth the lab created were too big, and too long for my mouth. Also, the front teeth were off center, and the teeth on the side of the denture were so wide that when I closed my mouth the teeth laid on my tongue on both sides. The so called dentist I had said he would send them back to the lab to be corrected after he couldn't get me to keep the dentures. That was October 28, 2024. To date they have no idea where the corrected or visit 4 teeth are. I've tried to call their office manager, left messages for her, and she has never returned any of my calls. Today I was told by their staff to call my insurance company,
