Meeting House Family Practice

The doctors and staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. However, I consider myself a patient person and each time I call, it has been over a 30 minute hold. One time they even had a scheduling error and cancelled my initial appointment without telling me.

I used to love this practice. I'm thinking of leaving it. I love my doctor, but overall the staff at this practice is incompetent. It takes weeks to have a prescription renewed despite multiple calls from pharmacy & from me. They are so short staffed that on many days there is only an emergency answering service. Even before they became short staffed, it could take a month or even longer to get test results only after you have to beg for them. At times, there is something wrong with your bloodwork and you were not told in a timely fashion. Some staff are rude when you call with questions or when asking for something you need like a medical record. If you need a referral, you better ask a month ahead or it won't get there and you have to remind them multiple times to send it. The doctors and medical staff are great, but they are going to lose patients if this continues.
