Steward Primary Care of Taunton

After moving to a new area, we learned my husband had dangerously high blood pressured and needed to be seen by a doctor; being new in town we needed to find a new primary care physician asap. After waiting weeks to get on Dr. Cywinska's calendar as a new patient, our appointment was canceled shortly beforehand and moved back 6 months without warning. When I called to request the appointment sooner, citing his condition, they refused to try to fit him in. Apparently their call center shouldn't have booked it without recording our insurance (which we do have and they do accept) so too bad for us. No sympathy from the call center or the nurse at the office. We were treated like we did something wrong by asking for help/an exception despite their error. This doctor is too booked up to care about new patients.
