Plainville Family Practice

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. In that time, the quality of care has steadily declined, as has the availability to actually get an appointment. My doctor there retired last year and I had to choose a new provider. I was able to see her once, back in February and have not been able to get in to see her since. I have tried 4 times to get an appointment, twice being told that they have no appointments, so go to an urgent care or the ER. Just trying to call the office and actually speak with someone takes over 20 minutes on hold, on average. When you call, typically, there are 15 to 20 callers ahead of you. Several of my family members also go to this practice and have the same complaints. I would advise anyone not to go here, or any other practice affiliated with Sturdy Memorial.
