While pleasant on the phone, the secretary acts like a triage nurse. I find this way out of line and unprofessional. They currently seem short staffed and unable to do in person visits. The return back phone calls from nursing are not thorough and I have received conflicting advice. I would say the best service are the night nurses, when call after hours, the nurse that calls back seems more thoughtful than the daytime staff. Annual check ups seem OK. Several doctors on their staff have left so there has been some staff turn over. During one annual with my 10 year old, I was not pleased that the pediatrician turned her back to me and addressed my 10 year old like an adult, indicative of trending health care being pushed in NY where they are forcing the parent out of the equation IMO.
