My wife started as a new patient at the Franklin office last month. The administration service experience has been nothing less than nervewracking. Most recently I attempted to pay her bills through our online banking service. Each bill had a different account number and mailing address associated with my wife's account. To pay the bills online I had to input separate information into my computer and designate each payment individually. This is totally unacceptable and labor intensive and unlike anything we have ever experienced. We rate them poorly in this regard. They sorely need to get their act together administratively!
