Mercy Medical Group Eastlongmeadow, MA

So my boyfriend had his first appointment with this facility that he had waited over two months for. Unfortunately he has been having issues with his weight as well as other medical issues but has not had a primary Dr. to refer him to specialists. We were fortunate enough to get him into this Dr's office but again had to wait some time before getting our first appointment. When we got to the Dr.'s we checked in with his insurance cards (no questions asked), it is a very nice atmosphere and I felt assured that this facility would be able to help him not only medically but also with his weight loss considering they had plenty of information surrounding the office. When he was sitting in the room he started having a hard time breathing and having chest pains. Right away the nurse had said that she needed to call the ambulance and have him go to the hospital.
