They were wonderful to me until yesterday
After nearly 5 years of excellent pain management the new NP Nikki (wish Meghan hadn’t left!) calls me and coldly and with ZERO compassion tells me she’s talked to Dr B and he suggests “no more treatment at this time”—I was expecting to hear either a MILD procedure, which SHE brought up in our visit 4 days ago, or another lumbar epidural at least—this is pain MANAGEMENT? Says “try more PT”—I DO PT. It’s not enough for my chronic back pain.. She and Dr B should be ashamed of themselves. “First, do no harm.” I’ve been crying on and off for 24 hrs feeling hopeless with now nowhere to go for pain help since she basically told me to go away! After nearly 5 years!?.
