Center for Healthy Aging

I had two appointments to start TMS therapy at The Center For Healthy Aging in Danvers. The first appt was in January 2024 and the second appointment was in February 2024. I was informed at the second appointment that they were relocating to Addison-Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester, Mass and a few days later I was notified that I was approved to begin TMS. Since then I have contacted them numerous times asking them if I can please start TMS because my depression is severe. The only response they gave me was that they couldn't schedule anything because they didn't know when they would be offering TMS again.My final phone call was a few months ago and I was told that it could be an additional three months.I'm really appalled by how they have dealt with this. It's not just incredibly unprofessional, it has also been negligent and thoughtless. I am desperate for help. Starting TMS was everything to me. Everyday I hope they'll contact me but it seems I've been hung out to dry.
