The best cardiovascular care in the area
I am very grateful to the doctors, nurses, and techs at Emerson Cardiovascular Associates! I was referred to their office after going to the E.R. at Emerson for some worrying heart-related symptoms. Dr. Dyda continually made himself available for consultation with the emergency physician during my stay, and it was very comforting to know that I had two experts overseeing my care. The cardiovascular office then squeezed me in for an appointment the very next morning, and Dr. Tillinger ordered a full battery of tests that they were able to schedule for me within the next 2 weeks. At every point, the people taking care of me were incredibly kind, caring, and personable. I was truly able to relax knowing that I was in good hands and that they were taking every possible measure they could take to ensure my health and safety. I'm so grateful for the urgency they showed during what was a very scary time for me, and the confidence and insight that they were able to leave me with in the end.

I arrived to my appointment on-time for an imaging test which was to be followed by a second test. First test great. Then, after waiting 45-minutes, double-masked, in an enclosed waiting area for the second test, I finally asked if they had forgotten I was there. First I was told I arrived too early. Then I was told my imaging test had been completed faster than expected. Then I was told that the tech "always runs late". At no point did anyone tell me that you were running behind. If the tech's productivity is a known problem, why haven't you fixed it? Why wouldn't you have patients wait in their cars, or in a space with ventilation as a basic safety measure---particularly given the current state of Covid? Your receptionist told me they had no idea how long the wait would be. I was told I could just wait... or reschedule for later in the day. Thanks but no thanks, I'll find another provider. Sonogram tech was great
