I was extremely disappointed with CPNP Boccuzzi's approach to my daughter’s treatment. Despite my clear concerns about the generic medication's negative reviews and side effects, CPNP Boccuzzi prescribed it over the branded version I preferred. My daughter, an elite athlete, suffered from severe side effects including loss of appetite and slurred speech, which CPNP Boccuzzi ignored, insisting on continuing the treatment for a full month without considering alternatives or the prior authorization I had arranged with our insurance.This refusal to adjust the treatment plan, even in the face of clear adverse effects, and the lack of engagement with insurance processes, was both frustrating and concerning. It seemed there was little to no consideration for my daughter’s well-being or our specific needs, showing a disregard for patient care that I find unacceptable.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend CPNP Boccuzzi to parents seeking attentive and flexible care for their children
