Billing and CS-big no

I had my online appt Nov 2023. I got a bill in Jan 24. I couldnt even get into my online appt without paying my copay, there was an issue and my card wouldnt go through online and I had to CALL to pay the copay. So this bill comes, I send my receipt, done deal, right? No, I get a bill Dec 2024 from the dr. I have NONE of my notes or records anymore, so I am stuck paying this bill AGAIN. Then, I cant pay it online due to error, cant use their automated system, its down. So i call, spend 10 minutes talking to someone, 10 minutes on hold to be disconnected. Called back and am on a 'list' to be called back to pay my bill TOMORROW. Honestly, I shouldve just gone into my PCP.
