Dr. Alper has been somewhat helpful but does not sufficiently numb areas before performing procedures. He sold highly ineffective orthodics to me. He once became frustrated with me after he did something incorrectly and left my appointment; I had to return again at a later date when he was calmer so that he could correct the problem.
