This practice has gone downhill from the time I’ve joined them. Been trying to discuss my blood tests with the “Dr.” but there is no contact from her considering I might have cholesterol issues. Left 3 voicemails but anytime you call them, there are greater than 10 calls ahead of you. The wait is horrendous to even speak to a nurse. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

This is a review of the Hudson location, which just opened in the Hudson Commons shopping center. I had a great experience there - it's much more spacious and modern than the Acton location. Though it did take 3 months to get a new patient appointment (for just an annual physical, nothing urgent), I'm happy I waited - the staff was lovely and the location was very convenient. I was brought into the room right away, only had to wait a few minutes for my doctor, received the recommended vaccinations from the nurse as soon as my time with the doctor ended, and had blood drawn immediately after that. I received the results within a few days, and the prescription refills and referral that I needed were sent off immediately. My only complaint was that I needed a form filled out for work once my bloodwork results were available, and they wouldn't hold onto the form for me - they said I needed to bring it to the Acton location myself because they don't have a medical secretary on-site.

This office is a nonstop nightmare. I am in month 4 to get a stupid physical from a nurse with no answers. Still no report. No one knows why or cares. I had to visit 3 times because this office is a temple of incompetence. I can't get their patient portal to work despite hours of emails with their IT. I haven't seen 'my' Dr. in four years.
