Premier OB/GYN Specialists

Dr. Pennison was a great doctor--but I will never use this place again. Every appointment we went to I asked at the desk if I had any outstanding payments to make. I ALWAYS paid them. A year later, I get a letter from a collections agency saying we were 'delinquent' on a bill. Fine--maybe we missed one bill. I paid it. A month later, I got another very RUDE letter from another collections agency saying I owed even MORE money on an 'unpaid' bill. When I called that agency, they wouldn't give me more information on why I still owed money and told me to call Premier. We have called Premier multiple times and keep getting transferred to a Billing Dept that won't answer the phone. ALL OF THIS HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT A SINGLE PHONE CALL OR LETTER FROM THE ACTUAL PREMIER COMPANY asking for payment. They haven't reached out to me at all. If you don't want your credit ruined--use someone else.
