2023/03/16: Virtually every time I call I get a lengthy menu but not a person. I have to call back or have them call me back. Their phone connection is poor, so when the receptionist gets frustrated she hangs up, and then does not call back. This is undoubtedly the most difficult medical provider in Baton Rouge, and also unjustifiably unaccomodating and just plain rude. Do not use this provider if you can avoid them.

Waited two months for an initial appointment with Dr. Schwab, only to have him in the room with me for less than 10 minutes, typing in the computer the whole time and asking about 5 questions. I was not referred to him for a sleep study, however I was told I had to have a sleep study. When I inquired to the medical necessity; he reply was my oxygen level need to be monitored. I inquired to possible course treatment, he answer was "I have 20 years of experience". At hundreds of dollars to be spend for a office visits and medical testing, I should at least be given the medical necessity to why I should have the study done and what he is looking for and/or ruling out. If you want a caring doctor to treat you I a person and not just a way to make a dollor, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!
