I've had techs try and give me medical advise

I'm immuno-compromised, if I'm sick I'm supposed to go to my doctor to start treatment asap. Kinda hard when its over a week that they have had test results and do not contact the patient. I've contacted them via the portal *their preferred form of communication. I've called.. and still nothing. Medicine shouldn't be controlled by corporations and even a bigger NO by religious organizations.
