Went in to see Dr. Sonnier very good Doctor did a excellent job. My issue is with the staff and billing, the last time I was in his office was in 2013 so I am not a new patient but the billing department charged me a additional $125.00 for being a new patient they said by law they can charge that if it has been more than 3 years since your last visit. JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN DOESN'T MAKE IT RIGHT! THIEVEARY AT ITS FINEST! My insurance is Caresource of Indiana, I called to make a appointment and informed them that I had Caresource insurance and asked if they accepted and they said yes. When I went in for my appointment I was asked to fill out some paperwork and for my ID and Insurance card, at NO TIME did the staff say Mr. Seay we don't accept Caresource Indiana we only accept Caresource Kentucky. Like I'm supposed to know they only take one version of it?! If there was a Issue I should have been advised right then I was seated in the waiting area for a good 30 minutes before I was c
