This is nearly the only dental place I've found that doesn't inflate their prices while providing amazing and thorough service. I feel like I get honest answers and treatment plans with Dr. Ward and her staff, and they are always kind. I've started taking our children here instead of the traditional kids dentist locations around town because I receive accurate information about their health and not salesy services that aren't needed. Highly recommend!

Terrible service!!
I’ve never had so much trouble with a provider when it comes to billing. Too much details to tell here, but, in summary, be aware that their billing process is inefficient and burden to patients. And the way they handle issues is unprofessional and rude. Make sure not to leave a message at billing extension because they claim not to have a billing personal and those msgs are not monitored. Use the appointment ext. to reach Ms. Melissa. Or better yet, find another dentist with more helpful staff. Good luck!
