My 1st visit with Dr. Fischer was very good. He seemed very personable & I was satisfied with the service I received. 2 subsequent appointments with Dr. Fischer were less than satisfactory. He was in a great rush & didn’t take care with the procedure. On one visit with my mother-in-law who has dementia, he was condescending to her & myself as well. Prior to my last appointment, Dr. Fischer quoted me a ridiculous fee. I called to confirm before I decided to make another appointment & was given a different quote which I was satisfied with. At that appointment Dr. Fischer confirmed same quote without my even asking him. I was billed a higher fee & in trying to resolve this issue have left many messages & have not received any return calls. On my first call I was asked if I would like to speak with an administrator. I had to leave a message & the administrator never returned my call. I would definitely NOT recommend this facility.

When you sign your initial consent forms, be sure to read the fine print! They will charge you for services you didn’t ask for and will justify it by your signature. It’s unfortunately legal, yet it was hard not to feel like I was taken advantage of. Very disappointed.
