I followed Dr. Johnson, who had been my families PCP for 12 years. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and listens to the whole person. Crystal Gilbert was able to order imaging same day and found some early issues that can be managed.Truly gastric to this practice!

The practitioners are completely dropping the ball here. I don't know exactly if the problem is they are overscheduled, the system is failing or they don't take the time to do paperwork. I do know the practice relies too heavily on the patient portal. Messages that are left are not answered weeks after leaving. Calling the office does not help. They just leave another message through the portal which also doesn't get answered. The simplest administrative tasks like being referred to a specialist or having insurance paperwork completed are just NOT completed by the practitioners or their support staff. I have been waiting nearly 3 months! Also, after calling in appointments have been made with the wrong practitioner, which I didn't realize until I was reminded via text. While I like the practitioners when I see them in person, the lack of follow up, organization and communication is unacceptable. And it seems to be practice wide as I have seen more than one provider.
