Bad management
I had a follow-up appointment, I was running late from car issues, we called and explained that we would be 15 to 20 minutes late. They said that they could work me in. We called back at the 15 minutes late mark and told them we were pulling into the parking lot, they said no problem, come on up. When I got to the desk the clerk said that I was 2 minutes past the 15 minute mark and I would have to reschedule after driving 45 minutes and the phone calls that at anytime could have canceled and rescheduled my appointment......bad business !!!!
