Great doctor, terrible staff
The staff are polite but they aren't well trained or just simply don't care about doing their job. Almost every time my son or I get blood drawn there it gets 'lost' and we have to go back. Today I was told they couldn't do an immunization because 'Tricare doesn't cover shots in the office'. I know this not true but I wasn't going to force the issue with someone who obviously didn't want to do their job. I had three tubes of blood drawn and 12 hours later those labs have still not been entered in the system. Neither has my mammogram order or the cologuard order been entered in the system. I'll be finding a new family doctor because the staff here are terrible. It's very sad too because we love Dr Ansert.
