the cataract surgery. My eye is worse and I constantly have to put eye drops in. My eyelid became droopy after surgery. The most disorganized doctors office I've ever been too! Wait for hours for appointment. The eye measurements were not done correctly the first time after sitting there for 3 hours. I had to go back to have the measurements taken again. I paid my out of pocket cost upfront. A credit company sent a text today that I have an outstanding balance with Bennett and Bloom? I called the office and asked what it was for and how much? It was for the office visit for the eye measurement retest. A very nasty woman said they had sent me 5 bills. First if it was done correctly the first time I shouldn't have to pay again for the test that was incorrectly done! Second I received No bill or phone call from them. Not even an after surgery follow up! Besides ruining my eye sight and eyelid they are trying to ruin my good credit! Attorney in order!
