Office Staff is a Letdown
I have a visit coming up on June 9. Dr McHenry is a super doctor and I trust his decisions for my medical care. HOWEVER, I've called four times since March, and I'm still waiting for the advocate to return any of those calls. I had to stop in the office to take care of one matter. Today, at ST E, I went to have lab work done, and there was no record of it, though I had previously been assured that it was taken care of. St E tech was on hold 15 mins before giving up hope of getting anyone at the office. I was on hold an additional ten mins. NO ONE answered. Very poor service when the doc wants the patient to have lab work, but his office doesn't follow through on getting the orders sent!
