Horrible experience with this office. You need a referral even if your insurance doesn’t require one. The referral is needed as the doctors will review your case and make a determination if they want to work with you. If they don’t, you never have the opportunity to speak with the doctor. Rather, an administrative assistant who could care less about what you gone through for many years will unapologetically tell you the doctor has decided not to take your case and to seek care elsewhere. If you request to speak to the doctor even to get their thoughts about what auto immune disorder you could have as no one has been able to diagnose you, you will be told that is not their process. I know there are many positive reviews about this office but this unfortunately has been my experience. I would not recommend this practice.
