I love Dr Steelberg, but her staff & APRN are less than desirable. While Dr Steelberg is out with medical issues, they set me up with her mid level Kathy. MULTIPLE times she NEVER called during my scheduled appointment. No call with an apology from Kathy or her staff. They would just reschedule me for an appointment that she would NEVER call for. I had to rely on my PCP to take over my meds because of their lack of patient care. The front desk lady, Diana, was EXCEPTIONALLY rude when I called to ask questions about why Kathy was not calling me for appointments. She told me in a very annoyed tone that it was between Kathy & I. What?! How can I even talk to Kathy if she doesn’t keep appointments?! She could careless about finding a solution or offering to talk to her herself. I feel sorry for the patients that go to this practice. I can only imagine how Dr Steelberg would feel to know her practice is being taken care of while she’s on leave.
