Office Staff is extremely rude
The Providers are great but the office staff acts like they are in charge of medication refills. If you run out of medication and need to speak to Provider for a refill after there is not option. The office staff went as far as laughing because the Provider has left for the day and I had no medication. I would never recommend this practice.

Intensely rude and incompetent
The practitioners are fine, but good luck with their receptionists! I've gotten more helpful people on the phone at AT&T, and they're just dealing with a phone bill - not sensitive mental health information.
