frustrated and hurt
I didn't have a visit because they scheduled me but failed to save my appointment on their end. I waited over a month for the appointment and when they realized their mistake, they offered no apology, no solution, no offer to fit me in or call me if something opened up - I just had to start the wait over again, this time almost two more months.
