Fraudulent Billing
If I could review with 0 stars, I would. MedExpress has been billing me for almost two years for services my child did not receive, with information gathered by phone check-in during 2020 lockdown. The local regional manager supposedly doesn't have the authority to clear a $240 charge (???), and almost two years later and many phone calls later a resolution still hasn't been met. Huge hassle and total failure at basic customer service.

Could not get necessary stitches because the on duty doctor had eye surgery and could not suture. Why have a do on duty that couldn’t perform necessary treatment. That cost me a bunch because an ER visit had to be made. Not very good service.
