Please do better!

You are vital piece to our community but you make it very hard to work with or do business with. It is very apparent that the people that work for you are there to collect their paychecks, nothing more, nothing less. I really hope someone that matters sees this and commits to doing better! PS I would love to make a formal complaint as this review wont let me detail my experience.
