My kids went to Associated Pediatricians, but during COVID and after, my opinion of them changed dramatically.We followed our fav DR to a new practice, and Associated Peds then let us know they'd been billing our insurance incorrectly for over a year and demanded the full balance. We began a payment plan, but they would not allow automatic bill pay because we were no members there. Each month after long holds, we would be told we had no account, and passed around several people before being able to pay. My wife called last month, once again long holds, was told we didn't have an account, and finally was able to make a payment after 23 minutes of holding, and she paid 4x the amount. Today she called and was told they sent our bill (now just $600) to collections. This place was not worth the headache. BTW, Even though by law COVID tests are free, they would charge us $100 per test and require a new test each visit, sometimes days apart. You're just $$$ to them. Zero Humanity

The entire staff whent out of there way to help us feel comfortable and welcome. A tremendus help with our child
