Long waits
I was on hold for 50 minutes at 9:15 am. I finally gave up. There are also long waits for appointments. The last one was an hour and fifteen minutes, and I finally walked out. Come on guys, you can do better than this.

Friendly and caring
Dr. Rutledge is very friendly and personable. He truly cares about his patients. Dr. Emmett is extremely motivated to find the source of and alleviate your pain. I have been highly impressed with the all the staff I have seen.

AWESOME APPOINTMENTS
Everyone at the pain management center is friendly and professional! Much time is spent discussing personal pain issues and then all possible remedies/procedures are fully explained. Dr Rutledge is patient and understanding. He figures out what is causing your pain and the best way to make you feel better. I can honestly recommend Dr Rutledge and his staff to anyone looking for pain management!

Office staff are incompetent and Preoccupied
I am a long time patient of Dr. Rutledge. Since he has moved to Indianapolis, I see a different PA or NP.They are not answering pertinent questions truthfully. Very Disappointing. Found on the Website CPM, They don’t accept Medicare. Just turned 65, took my cards. No Service..
