JWM Neurology

Stay away if you value your health and well being. My daughter has had 2 scans not marked as URGENT as she sits with a possible blood clot in her head causing major health issues and affecting her daily activities. Staff is not nice, and calls and emails go unanswered. Horrible!!

Appointments scheduled wrong, canceled last minute. Took 3 weeks for them to send a preauthorization form in to my insurance company, and that was only after I called 5 times and had the insurance company call as well. Can never get a hold of anyone as they are always 'in a meeting'. They never return calls, or answer messages on their own portal. Finally heard back on the MRI a month after it was done and they said there was nothing wrong, go see a pain mgmt dr. Went to another neuro for a second opinion (we knew there was something there cause the radiologist report said so!) and finally got treated for it.Meanwhile, I wasted MONTHS with this joke of an office. DO NOT USE JWM!

First appointment I set up was never put into the system by the receptionist, I just showed up when they told me it was scheduled and they didn't have any record of it.We rescheduled it for a month later, and the receptionist called me less than 24 hours in advance to cancel, saying the doctor would be out. This is after they had called me twice to have me confirm that I would be at the appointment.

If I could give this practice a ZERO or less than one star, I would. I have been a patient of JWM Neurology for over two years, no response to messages on the patient portal, no returned phone calls. The only way to communicate is to make an appointment or go into the office in person and speak to staff or the Dr. Still, patient issues are apparently ignored, no response when promised follow-up or answers. These are simple requests like a prescription refill or insurance paper work that needs to be completed by their office.
