Great Docs, Horrible Staff

The doctors may be great doctors, however, you'd never know because you can never get a hold of this office to schedule one outside of initial visit. They don't call back (I doubt they even listen to voicemails), intentionally hang up on patients, and take weeks to months to schedule ANYTHING. Save your time and patience and go somewhere where the office knows how to use a phone. It's taken over 2 weeks just to try to get a release back to work signed... and I still haven't heard back from a single person at this office. They don't use their patient portal at ALL. Dr. Gentry seemed nice and knowledgeable, but I really doubt he's worth all the hassle. I'm looking into getting a different neurology referral.
