Communicating with this office is beyond frustrating and is unacceptable. I called to make an appointment. I had to leave a message. I was called back with a voice mail message. Upon returning the call, the individual announced that she had no idea who called me or why. So, I called again asking for NP Painter or his nurse to call me for an urgent need. No one ever called me back. Seems typical of our health care systems these days.
