Physical Medicine Consultants

My wife went for a test last year. The results were seriously called into question by the surgeon on the follow up. We have also requested a copy of our bill for insurance purposes multiple times. They don’t have a human answering the phones. They claim they will call back within 24 hours. So far several messages have been left over months of time and nobody has ever called us back or addressed our concerns. This place deserves 0 stars but I can’t do that so I’m giving them 1.

Very caring and compassionate providers. They will work with you to find where your pain is originating from and find the best way to treat it. Their staff is very caring.

This morning I drove 33 miles for an appointment with Physical Medicine Consultants at 7201 Engle Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana for an appointment at 9:00. I arrived at on time. During the check-in process the young lady asked me if I had my paperwork, which I did not have. She then told me that since I didn't have the paperwork, I would have to reschedule my appointment. I asked if I could fill out the paperwork while I waited, as there were several patients waiting in the lobby. She said "No, you have to reschedule." I decided not to reschedule. After leaving the office, I phoned them and explained my situation, but they said that their records showed that they had mailed me the paperwork and there is nothing that they can do, I would have to reschedule.
