My child has been seen at this office several times and yet when I called to schedule a recent visit no one said anything about an outstanding balance I get a random call stating that they discharged my child due to non payment yet I got no bill in the mail and when I called to ask about it I was told certified letters had been sent and that’s enough I advised I gave them a card to put on file to charge at every appointment so that way there was no missed payment the rude front office lady said no it was declined I said so you do have a card on file she said no I said then how did it decline she said no you declined the paperwork I said no I didn’t and she hung up on me they are rude.
