Had use this place for rotary cuff surgery. Had surgery done back in July.. Surgery went back all well. Had to pay $500 towards my deductible. In which my deductible was met prior to the surgery. Now I’m trying to get my $500 back from them. Being told that they’re waiting for payment from insurance company. Which Blue Cross and Blue Shield told me that they’ve already paid them twice and they’re pulling back one payment.. Would not use this place again. If my doctor tells me I have to go there I will change doctor just so I can avoid going to have surgery done at that place again.I ask to speak to supervisor but was told they don’t have access to transfer me to Supervisor as for email they told me they have no email for Supervisor. Stay away form this place unless you like fighting to try to get your money back.
