Do not go here. The staff are horrible. Bad customer service, mean, rude, inconsiderate, non-caring, they hang up on your. They don't care about you.

You are a paycheck to these people. The lady that answers the phone named Maya is extremely rude and will constantly talk over you and insulate you. There is no compassion for patients here. As long as you don't have a reaction to any medication and need immediate help or answers, you can get by here, but if you require help outside your regularly scheduled visits, good luck to you. Maya is the phone police and you will not be able to contact your doctor. She will just tell you that she will let your doctor know that you are having problems. You will not have any idea when that will be, or when someone will be calling you back, and if you're having a bad reaction to your medication, that is not comforting. But Maya does not care, and she won't tell you what that means either. If you ask, she will as you if you speak English. The Doctors here (Jean Tucker) just seem to go through the motions and don't really take the time to talk to you to find out what you may need.
