Unprofessional and unpleasant

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I called for appointment and was transferred multiple times and never managed to get appointment. All I heard in the background was laughter and chattering instead of getting help from the person on the phone. I assume that the management is really poor for situations like that to happen. Unbelievably unprofessional place!
