Not good
Not Good. My husband and I have great insurance. We follow the rule, stay in network and follow up on paperwork. Weil clinic quoted us one amount for insoles and after claiming our insurance paid more. I should have checked myself. I never dreamed they would just makeup an amount . So after Insurance paid 380.00 1 pair of insoles cost us over 570.00 out of pocket. I appealed twice no one ever contacted us back. We paid the bill and will go elsewhere.
