Wasted my time and cost me $
Went for 1st apt today. Was asked where were my xrays at front desk. I Informed them I know nothing about xrays. They stated they called me night before apt to tell me and I didn't answer. (I was in shower.) They left no message nor called back. Being the night before my apt I assumed since no one answered when I returned call it was an apt reminder. They told me I couldn't see the doc without xrays. Why was I never told I needed them? I had to get a ride to the office. Someone took off 1/2 of work without pay to take me. All for NOTHING. This tells me they don't value their patients. I'm going to a different doc and a different office now.
