Extremely upset about how I have been treated. My son has a branchial cyst which will require surgery. Our ENT told us that accutane is going to interfere with surgery and healing asked us to reach out to our dermatologist. We see Dr Lucy in elgin I called her on Monday 10/26 left a voicemail no one returned my call. After my son got the ct results I called again on Friday I was on hold for 30 mins got shoved into voicemail. Called back again talked to Lacey in the Elgin office she advised that dr Lucy got my message and will call me back between patients. She never called me back!!!! Now I have a son with a huge golf ball cyst that might need surgery this week and we just cold turkey stopped accutane because I gotNo answers. Unbelievable!!!!!!!
