Horrible Staff
The office staff is bad enough that it makes the doctors look bad as well. They also have a policy where they charge you $20 to fill out a form or write a letter. The office staff is rude and unprofessional and frankly incompetent. My doctor was great but I’d rather see no doctor than deal with this office ever again. The office staff have no business dealing with people who have mental illnesses. Sometimes people don’t have time to waste or money to waste. You have to text the office to get any response, the receptionists do not care to get your messages to the doctors, and frankly they have no empathy. I will not be dealing with this nonsense again.
