Dr. Jalaja Piska is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing.She has a wonderful personality, excellent bedside manner, and truly cares about all her patients—regardless of race. My experience with pain doctors and surgeons in the South Suburban area has been frustrating and, honestly, painful in more ways than one. Very disappointed. I went in for severe back pain. Dr P was very nice and recommended an epidural injection. I scheduled and had the procedure done with zero improvement. The anesthesiologist called the next day to check on me but I never heard from Dr P. I called the next day and they said she was out of town. I left a message a week later stating I was still in a lot of pain but I received no phone call back. Very disappointing since this wasn’t just an office visit.
