Avoid Advocate altogether!
PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid all Advocate offices period. Both my husband and I made appointments for yearly physicals which would have been covered 100% by insurance. Advocate found a way to charge us for two visits, one for the physical, and one for a 'medical visit' because they asked about our health and prescribed medications for allergies.They claimed that the second visit was an allergy consultation, but during our appointments did not advise us that we would be charged for two visits when they started asking questions.This practice is deceptive, not a trait that you want in the people that are supposed to be taking care of you.
