The atmosphere in the office was such as no one - front desk, medical assistants, and the doctor himself care about you. I felt like a bare minimum was done for me. No one feels they need to say anything if the doctor is running late. The doctor was much friendlier with the drug representative than he was with me. They do not have patient portal where you can log in and see their notes. When I asked for my yearly eye exam note, I saw that the information such as medications was very outdated. Seemed like they only cared for a payment at the end of the visit. Also charged me for my contacts, which could be covered by health insurance due to my diagnosis. Contact fitting is a joke.
